When it comes to the royal family and PDA, the (unspoken) rule is that less is most certainly more: In her 65-year reign, you’d be hard-pressed to catch Queen Elizabeth II doing much more than holding Prince Philip’s hand in public.

But Prince Harry, ever the rebel, is having none of that traditionally chaste, thoroughly British stiff-upper-lip business in his budding romance with girlfriend Meghan Markle. At their first joint public appearance together over the weekend at the Audi Polo Challenge in Ascot, England Prince Harry and Markle hugged and kissed—on the lips, of course!—after the match, cameras be damned (and, but of course, cameras were everywhere)Actress Meghan Markle has reportedly landed an official invitation to join her boyfriend Prince Harry at Pippa Middleton’s upcoming wedding.

Pippa, the younger sister of Kate Middleton is set to exchange vows with her fiance James Matthews on 20 May and they are said to have kept the guest list limited to friends and family, with significant others only allowed to attend if the couple is married or engaged.
Reports last month suggested Kate’s brother-in-law Harry would only be allowed to bring Meghan as a guest to the wedding reception, and not the actual ceremony at St. Mark’s Church in Englefield, England, but now the Suits actress has allegedly scored an invitation of her own to accompany the Prince to the family celebration, according to The Telegraph.
The claims fuel speculation suggesting Harry and Meghan may soon walk down the aisle themselves. The budding romance was confirmed in November when royal representatives were forced to issue a statement condemning members of the press for harassing the actress following rumours of their secret courtship.
Harry and Meghan are said to have met in Toronto, Canada in May, 2016 while the British royal was visiting the city to promote the 2017 Invictus Games. The actress films her TV legal drama Suits in Toronto.
The couple’s relationship has only grown stronger in recent months, and on Sunday, Harry and his girlfriend were photographed openly kissing and hugging for the first time while attending the Audi Polo Challenge at Coworth Park Polo Club in Ascot, England. Meghan, 35, was on hand to cheer the Prince, 32, on as he took part in a pair of charity polo matches, including one with his older brother Prince William, Duke of Cambridge.
