Nigerian artist Slawn has become the first African artist to feature his artwork on a Formula 1 car. His bold, graffiti-style designs appeared on the Visa Cash App RB car at the 2025 British Grand Prix in collaboration with Hugo.
The artwork also extended to the drivers’ suits, team uniforms, and garage visuals. Slawn called it a fusion of “art and speed,” marking a historic moment for African representation in motorsport.
