Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for the Aniocha/Oshimili federal constituency has defeated Ngozi Okolie of the Labour Party at the tribunal.
Okolie was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and has been inaugurated into the 10th National Assembly.
With the defeat at the tribunal, he is to give way to Ndudi Elumelu to take over as the member representing the constituency in the national assembly.
